UV Accelerated Weathering Test Chamber
Introductions
This test equipment simulates the damage caused by the sun's
ultraviolet light, by exposing the material under test to light at
a controlled high temperature to test the material for weathering.
It uses UV lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and
simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spray. In
just a few days or weeks, the UV irradiation equipment can
reproduce the damage that takes months or even years to occur
outdoors, including fading, color change, loss of gloss, chalking,
cracking, crazing, wrinkling, blistering, brittleness, strength
reduction, oxidation, etc. The test results can be used to select
new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in
material formulations.

1. To irradiance, temperature, time and other important test
parameters to provide comprehensive and detailed real-time
monitoring and curve records (controller with paperless recorder
function), through the computer can also generate reports and curve
printing.

spray test can be programmed.
3. Adopt South Korea Sanyuan level 5.7 inch true color touch screen
control system, which has good stability, monitoring, operation and

4. Provide life reference for the imported UV lamp with expensive
material (the lamp is consumable and the life is about 1600 hours),
which is convenient for users to confirm the replacement time of
the lamp and save the cost of use. Through irradiance measurement
and control device (by adjusting the voltage), irradiance can be
measured and controlled, so that the irradiance is automatically
stabilized at the set value and the service life of the lamp is
greatly extended.
5. Adopt automatic water supply and drainage design, and match with
high power water mercury of higher cost, to ensure the flow rate
and uniformity of water spraying.

small part uses domestic brands to improve the safety and

Test theory:
UV accelerated aging test chamber can simulate the damage of
sunshine, rain, dew to the material quickly and exactly. Damage
types including bleaching, discoloration, loss of light, powder,
crack, turbidity, bubble-based, embrittlement, strength decline and
